A video went viral on WhatsApp in which Rafael Lacava, governor of Carabobo, appears, supposedly saying that “here we are going to sell everything. We’re going to have parakeet, marijuana, ecstasy. All the drugs you want are going to come here (…) We made this pod to launder money, to handle drugs here”, during the inauguration of the Pin 5 bowling alley at the Misael Delgado Sports Center in Valencia.
Actually it is a montage. The user Wender Enrique (@Soywenderenriq1), whose identification appears in the video, shared the material with a voice over imitating the governor of Carabobo. When reviewing the account on Instagram, EsPaja.com identified other intervened videos with voice over and images.

In the original video, published on the official Lacava networks (@rafaellacava10), the governor announced the restoration of bowling, “the heritage of all Carabobeños.” Since March of this year, the regional government was rebuilding the Pin 5 spaces. Lacava also invited bowlers to participate in the “Dracula Open” starting on September 8, “the first major bowling tournament in this country” .
