Ernesto León referred to the hybrid model in the national education system

The Electronic and Telecommunications Engineer, Ernesto León, referred to the challenges for the adoption of the hybrid model in the national educational system.

He stressed that the hybrid environment is not just face-to-face or videoconference. “A hybrid environment is face-to-face education like the one we are seeing, but enhanced with platforms with educational content and that have a strong pedagogical process so that the student complements their face-to-face education with a digital experience,” she mentioned.

He assured that many companies and large companies have realized that they can do more with less, that they can make processes more efficient with people working virtually and not in person, what this will bring is a reduction in the number of jobs.

“This requires a transformation of our educational system so that we can prepare our students so that when they leave they understand the labor market in which they are going to find themselves,” he remarked.
