Santo Domingo.- The President of the Commission Permanent of Ephemeris Patria, Juan Pablo Uribe, YoHe interveted a formal complaint against Yoselin Castillo Fuertes and other people for outraging national symbols.
The official requested an exhaustive investigation to determine the criminal responsibility of all those involved in the fact.
The complaint was filed before the Attorney General’s Office with the objective that this action is not unpunished.
Uribe described the fact as a serious transgression that affects the Constitution, lto social and historical sensitivity, and the institutional rituals of the nation.
Warned that, if impunity, the country would be exposed to a “Dangerous contagiosa effect indifference”, What, he said, would represent an inadmissible setback, contrary to the law, consciousness and patriotic feeling.
He also requested that all participants and accomplices of FUERTES CASTILLO in the ideation, planning and execution of the illegal acts that, according to the complaint, they constituted an outrage to the National Anthemand that these are subject to justice with the corresponding penalty.
According to him Article 39 of Law 210-19, that regulates the use of national symbols, “People who commit outrage Against the correct use of any of the national symbols will be punished with penalty of one to three months in prison and a fine of five to twenty minimum wages of the public sector. ”
Uribe also requested the immediate suspension of any reproduction, dissemination or altered execution of the national anthem that threatens its integrity.
