The president of the United States, Donald Trump, said on Tuesday, September 2 that his country shot at a ship loaded with drugs from Venezuela. Through his account in Truth Social, he explained that after the operation 11 dead people were, whom he described as “terrorists.”
“The United States Military Forces carried out a kinetic attack against a narcoterrorist from the Aragua Train, positively identified in the area of responsibility of the Southern Command,” said Donald Trump.
The American president also indicated that the “terrorists” were in international waters “transporting illegal narcotics to the United States” and showed a video in which a boat is observed and suddenly is attacked.
The US said that no member of his armed forces was injured in that attack and recommended that the attack serve as a warning to any other that “is considering importing drugs” to that country.
Earlier, Trump the US president who had destroyed “a ship that transported drugs, a lot of drugs.” The information was given to the press during an intervention in the Oval Office, before adding that they have detected a lot of drugs and “these come from Venezuela.”

At a press conference on Monday, he added that “if Venezuela were attacked, it would immediately go to the period of armed struggle in defense of the national territory and the history and people of Venezuela.”
