Enrique Vives would pay eight years of house arrest for the death of six young people in Santa Marta

The judicial process of the employer advances Henry Vives, who was involved in a fatal traffic accident, in which six young people lost their lives in 2021.

Thus, and after eight months of the fateful night in which these events took place, Noticias RCN revealed that a pre-agreement would have been reached.

In this way, the crime against Vives would go from intentional homicide to manslaughterwhich would lower the sentence of 17 to eight years in prison.

The sentence would be given with the commitment to financially repair the victims, which would have already been advanced with five of the six families.
