He also said that if Congress does not act, there is a risk that those sentenced for Terrorism could become school teachers within the state apparatus.
“Any person convicted of terrorism can not only be a candidate, but can be a public official, school teacher, anything, and this can be extended to any other crime such as a thief or rapist, under this ruling we could have a thief as Controller General of the Republic”he concluded.
