#EnFotos: 100 thousand people welcome 2023 with cumbia in CDMX

Before that, Elidian, Herederos de la Cumbia, made up of Elías and Diana Mejía, sons of Elías Mejía Avante, leader and founder of Los Ángeles Azules, performed. This duet fuses cumbia with rhythms like rock and pop.

The Elidian duet, Herederos de la Cumbia, opened the concert to welcome 2023.

The main group “from Iztapalapa to the world” made the attendees dance on Paseo de la Reforma to the rhythm of cumbia, with songs like ‘Entrega de amor’, ‘Las maravillas de la vida’ and ‘La cumbia del acordeón’ .
