The planet and its population only make sense if it works and it does so with the use of energy, like any device or work tool that its use and existence only makes sense if it has enough energy to be on.
Whoever has energy has power and if it is clean, much better, as in the case of Paraguay, which has the largest hydro-energy per capita in the world.
Some nations, like Germany, do not complain about not having the energy that was delivered by Russia, which now finds itself in the middle of a war with Ukraine, decides to cut off the supply of its gas with which the Teutons heat their homes and cook their food. When Vladimir Putin turned off the gas taps to Europe, Germany feared a winter plagued by blackouts more than anyone.
German authorities were quick to secure alternative supplies, aware that heavy reliance on Russian gas had left Europe’s economic engine woefully exposed. The strategy that Germany has hastily assembled to get by without Russian gas seems to be working, at least for now.
Now instead of depending on Russian gas, they are focused on acquiring and using liquefied natural gas or LNG, which is natural gas that is cooled in liquid form to reduce its volume and facilitate its transport. It then turns back to gas upon reaching its destination.
gaseous natural gas into liquid, that is, into LNG
The main component of natural gas is methane, which has a boiling point at atmospheric pressure close to -160ºC. Therefore, its liquefaction is achieved by cooling natural gas to that temperature at atmospheric pressure.
cut dependency
Added to the GML is the use of wind energy with wind turbines built and working to illuminate, charge and heat with the use of wind, leaving fossil energy aside. Germany’s challenge is to increase the use of renewable energy generated by the sun and wind each year. These are alternative options found and that also work for the German, which saves a lot of money that was previously used to pay Russia for making use of the energy that comes from its soils.
There is a double positive effect for the population in Germany, savings and energy to have a life that is illuminated, warm and safe enough to guarantee the life of its inhabitants.
The light, water and mobility working well make many lives feel comfortable and happy in their country because in this way we can eat, see, listen, navigate the international network either to communicate, inform ourselves or make use of this platform that requires of energy also to walk according to demand. Life is energy and crises are new opportunities for everyone.-
