How to request reapplication

The registrant must make an online request to retake the test on the participant’s page. The candidate’s request must only correspond to the day on which he or she missed Enem and for which there is justification.

The absence must be justified by sending a legible document, in Portuguese, proving the condition that motivated the reapplication request. Only after sending the document will the request begin to be analyzed individually by Inep.

In case of health problems, the registrant must provide a legible document proving the illness mentioned in the notice. The documentation must be in PDF, PNG or JPG format, with a maximum of 2 MB, and must include the participant’s full name; diagnosis with a description of the condition and the code corresponding to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD 10); signature and identification of the competent professional, with the respective registration from the Regional Council of Medicine (CRM), the Ministry of Health (RMS) or a competent body, as well as the date of service.

The data entered or documents attached to the reapplication request cannot be changed after sending it through the participant’s page.

Response to request

To Agência Brasil, the institute informed that there is still no expected date for announcing the approval or disapproval of the reapplication request, because it will depend on the number of requests made. When released, the consultation must also be made on the Participant’s Page.

As stipulated in the notice, the simple request of the aggrieved candidate in one of the two test phases of the exam and the sending of the supporting document does not guarantee the re-application of the test. Only approval by Inep of the document sent guarantees participation in the exam reapplication.
