The Manager of Collections of the National Highway Company (ENA), Eric Zambrano, referred this Friday to the issue of delinquencies in the corridors and the measures that are being taken.
It revealed that delinquencies amount to approximately $6 million, which increased during the pandemic. “Approximately we have 530 thousand users who pass through the corridors,” she specified.
He said that they have to take measures as administrators of the corridors with the aim of mitigating this situation.
He added that every passing vehicle is filmed. “This situation has also caused accidents when they have no balance and stop. Anyone who breaks the barrier will have a charge of $100, ”she remarked.
Along the same lines, Zambrano indicated that a technical table is being worked on in conjunction with the Land Transit and Transportation Authority (ATTT) to incorporate the concept of peace and safe.
“People who are delinquent and to whom the fine that corresponds to transiting without balance through the corridors has been applied, in addition to paying the fine, must present the peace and clearance of ENA to be able to renew plates or licenses. ”, he explained.
He reiterated to the public that those who wish to make inquiries or make payment arrangements can contact the customer service line 192.
