After the expiration yesterday of the deadline granted by the Ministry of Labor to the employers to present the Permanent Personnel Form 2025, the institution reported that there will be an extension until January 31.
He indicated in a press release that this was done to comply with the provisions of article 15 of the Regulation 258-93for the application of Labor Code.
Likewise, he specified that the renewal is essential to update the data of the company and the establishments, in order to complete the registration in the system.
The Ministry of Labor said that the document is required to be registered through the virtual office that you have available.
Sanctions on employers
He warned that once the extension expired, the inspectors of the institution will be able to raise infringement reports to those employers who have not complied with the registration of the aforementioned document.
