The Ministry of Labor reminds all employers to submit to the General Directorate of Labor (DGT), the Fixed Personnel Form (DGT-3) within the first fifteen days of January 2023.
In the same way, they are reminded that the Permanent Personnel Forms will be renewed annually and will be deposited with the General Directorate of Labor no later than January 15, in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 of Regulation 258-93 for the application of the Labor Code.
Likewise, the Ministry of Labor has established that for renewal it is essential to update the data of the company and the establishments, in order to continue with the registration in the system.

In the same way, it is required that the document be registered through the electronic address https://ovi.mt.gob.do proceeding to register their workers in the establishment where they are providing services.
Once they are sure that the information contained in the form is correct, they must proceed to make the corresponding payment through one of these two ways: make an electronic transaction with a credit or debit card or acquire a PIN in one of their Local Work Representations and proceed with the final registration.
The highest administrative authority in labor relations, informs that for the registration of new companies or employers the following procedure must be followed: Enter the address https://ovi.mt.gob.do and press the option of new company to create the user.
Once the user has been created and following the steps of the system, they will complete the data of the company and the establishment.
As soon as the registration of the workers has been completed and their DGT-3 sent, it will generate the amount to be paid. The method of payment will be made as indicated above.

The Ministry of Labor informs you that, after the period of the first fifteen days of January and the employer has not complied with this legal mandate, they will be subject to the criminal labor sanctions contemplated in the Labor Code.
