The Ministry of Labor informs employers that given the fact that to date many records of the Fixed Personnel Payroll (DGT3) have not been completed, there will be an extension until next January 31, so that they can do so.
This term is granted to comply with the provisions of Art. 15 of Regulation 258-93 of the Labor Code of the Dominican Republic.
Once said term has expired, the labor inspectors will be able to issue infraction certificates to those employers who have not complied with the deposit of said document.

It is recalled that for the renewal it is essential to update the data of the company and the establishments, in order to complete the registration in the system.
