The Embassy of the State of Palestine in Caracas issued an urgent statement, in which it calls on the peoples and governments of the world to immediately stop the current escalation of military aggression against the civilian population of the Gaza Strip.
“Attacks and massacres by the Israeli Occupying Power limit the lives of children, violate their rights and take away the future of a Palestine that only yearns for freedom,” Palestine has denounced on the social media account of the embassy in Venezuela.
The attack by bombing houses and buildingshas caused 24 deaths, including 6 children, and more than 200 injuries, half of whom are minors.
In the Communiqué, the content of the alerts sent by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the State of Palestine, in the face of the criminal attacks by the Israeli Occupying Power against the Gaza Strip this Saturday, was disclosed.
The document warns that the killing and destruction operations constitute war crimes, and Palestine is following up so that the International Criminal Court (ICC) acts and punishes the crimes, stops the military actions and forces the invading Israeli army to lift the blockade and that the government of Israel participate in a real political process that eliminates its de facto occupation of Palestinian land.
