After the purchase, for a value of 44,000 million dollars, Musk fired some of the main managers of Twitter: the CEO, Parag Agrawal; chief financial officer Ned Segal; the firm’s lead attorney, Sean Edgett; and Chief Legal and Policy Officer Vijaya Gadde.
Previously Musk had manifested: “It is important for the future of civilization to have a public space online in which a wide variety of opinions can debate in a healthy way, without resorting to violence”.
Musk had until October 28 to close the purchase of the social network, otherwise a trial would have been held in November.
