Electricity rates will not rise in March, reported Osinergmin

In the same way, he assured that the current regulations lead to the review of the cost every month according to update formulas and values ​​of indicators such as the Wholesale Price Index (IPM).

Other factors that are taken into account are the exchange rate, the price of natural gas, fuel prices, and the prices of copper and aluminum.

“(Considered) the contracts signed between generation and distribution companies to provide electricity to users,” said Osinergmin.
