It is mainly intended for households belonging to 40 % more vulnerable to Social Household Registry (RSH)although it also includes those who have registered electrodependents, regardless of their socioeconomic stretch.
The Third call for this subsidy It was open between June 30 and July 15, 2025. The applicants had to be residential customers, to be up to date on the payment of their light account as of July 30, and have a customer number associated with home consumption. Electrodependent people, duly registered in the RSH, could automatically access the benefit without considering their level of vulnerability.

A unique discount corresponding to the second semester of 2025 will be applied to the beneficiary homes, which will be directly reflected on their ballot under the gloss “Electric subsidy Law No. 21,667”.
The subsidy amounts They vary according to the size of the household: $ 37,838 for unipersonal homes, $ 49,190 for households of 2 to 3 members, and $ 68,109 for households of 4 or more people.
