The increase in the number of calls registered by the site of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) for the virtual request of voter registration and electoral registration requirements (RAEs) in the registry offices, in the final stretch of registration, led the TSE to temporarily take down some services that do not impact the withdrawal of the registration or regularization of voter registration.”
According to the court, more than 1.1 million voter inquiries were made in 36 hours through the systems. Net Title and Link. “In all, until 3 pm on Tuesday (3), there were 640,000 requests made online (Título Net) and 527,000 requests for electoral registration (RAEs) in the registry offices (Elo system), which totals 1.167 million requests in 36 hours”, informed the TSE.
Among the services that can be accessed via Título Net are application for the first copy of the title (enlistment), change of electoral domicile (transfer), alteration of personal data and polling place for voters with reduced mobility, in addition to review for regularization of registration cancelled.
“Due to the high volume of requests in the final stretch, before the voter registration is closed, the Electoral Justice (JE) will prioritize assistance in Título Net and in the Elo system. Thus, services such as those in the application e-Titlewhich do not impact the withdrawal of the title or the regularization of the voter registration, will be off the air until May 5th”, justified the court.
Also according to the TSE, requests for issuance, transfer or regularization of the title made until 11:59 pm on Wednesday (4) will have the requests analyzed and decided in a timely manner by the Electoral Court.
“The progress of the request can be followed through the internet on the TSE page”, adds the court, informing that the requests presented until this date will be examined and answered within a period of one month, and that issuance, transfers and changes of electoral registration from Thursday (5).
The TSE informed that it will publish on the internet, on July 11, the final number of female voters eligible to vote in each municipality.
