This was indicated by Nitzia Delgado de Fernández, director of that office in a note that she sent to Juan Carlos Pérez Cortés, Fábrega’s lawyer, who on April 8, asked that office that activists of the mayor be present at the points where it is done. the collection of signatures, and also consulted him on the possible participation of observers in his favor, in the process.

Carlos Carrillo, another of Fábrega’s lawyers, asked the same address to provide him with a copy of all the proceedings, acts, records of people, systems and the documentation that that office has related to the recall process against him. He also wants to be notified of any act that is carried out within the process, and warned of the nullity of the acts carried out for not complying with the principles of equality of the parties.

Carrillo assured the newspaper La Prensa that he did not request data from the signatories, but rather the daily records.
