The three magistrates of the Electoral Court ordered the issuance of a new election regulation and electoral calendar for the election of conventional for the period 20213-2028 of the Nationalist Republican Liberal Movement (Molirena).
The issuance of the new regulation, according to the TE, must guarantee compliance with the constitutional, legal and statutory norms.
The magistrates revoked Resolution 40/DNOE of February 10, 2022, through which the regulations for the Molirena elections were approved.
The edict was published this Wednesday morning, for a term of 24 hours and the decision is based on the Electoral Code, statutes of the Molirena Party.
The appeal was filed by Guillermo Ford Soda, Temístocles Díaz and Tito Rodríguez.
On October 9, 2022, Molirena will hold the conventional election, as approved this Sunday at the Extraordinary Meeting of the National Executive Committee of this party.
In the democratic exercise of next October 9, this party will choose more than 450 conventional ones.
