“The Electoral Committee should not have to cling to power, it is supposed to be an impartial body, which should carry out the elections democratically, respecting both candidates, there should not be a conflict on the part of the Electoral Committee to cling to the position, but it seems suspicious to me, that apparently, they rather act as if they were clinging to the position.”, Durand specified.
Meanwhile, he pointed out that, if you do not comply, the legal warnings of a judicial sentence would come, “it means that the fact that you do not pay attention to a judicial sentence you commit a crime that is contempt of authority, then that has to be recognized by the court itself so that the judge, if appropriate, enforces her sentence and executes it,” indicated the lawyer.

In addition, he added that they do not distrust the lawyer’s illness on the part of the Electoral Committee, for which the hearing of the amparo action was rescheduled, but another lawyer could be sent to be determined once and for all.
“However, that was not done, so on October 28 we hope that the judge will thoroughly understand the issue and after exposing both sides she will be able to see that there is a violation and an election has been annulled arbitrarily,” he concluded.
