The National Office of Electoral Processes (ONPE) enabled a LINK so that citizens can verify if they have been designated as polling station members in the 2026 General Elections, both for the first round and for an eventual second election day.
Through this digital platform, voters can find out if they are responsible for fulfilling functions as president, secretary or third member of the polling station, as well as if they have been considered substitutes. To make the query, it is only necessary to enter the number of ID in the system enabled by the electoral body.

- Open the official link of electoral consultation of the ONPE: https://consultaelectoral.onpe.gob.pe/
- Write your ID number in the corresponding field.
- Check the result: The system will tell you if you were chosen as a board member.
- Verify your role: you will know if you are a member (president, secretary or third member) or alternate and the assigned voting location.

The designation of board members is carried out by lottery and is mandatory. Those people who are selected must comply with the installation, conduct and closing of the voting station during election day. Failure to comply with this function may result in financial sanctions established by current electoral regulations.
In the coming weeks, the electoral body will also disseminate details about the training aimed at polling station members, which seeks to guarantee an adequate development of the electoral process.
What is the payment for table members?
Those who perform the assigned function will receive compensation of 165 solesequivalent to 3% of the Tax Tax Unit (UIT), in recognition of their participation in the election day. This amount is granted only to those who comply with the service throughout the day, from the installation of the table until the closing of the vote.
What happens if I don’t show up as a polling station member at my polling station?
The current electoral regulations indicate that both regular polling station members and substitutes are required to appear on voting day. In case of absence without valid justification, a fine of 275 soleswith the aim of guaranteeing compliance with this civic responsibility.
