Through a pronouncement issued on August 15 and signed by its National Executive Committee (CEN), now Nation explained that “during the last months, the CEN worked with dedication to explore electoral alliances with various democratic parties”, and that an agreement had finally been reached with Save to Peru. It should be remembered that the JNE had previously suspended the registration process of the Electoral Alliance ‘Now Nation – Save Peru’ through a resolution issued on August 11.
