He Special Electoral Jury (JEE) of Lima Centro 1 declared inadmissible the registration of the presidential formula of the political party People Firstwhich heads Marisol Pérez Tello. According to Resolution No. 08928-2025-JEE-LIC1/JNE, the decision was made because an attempt was made to register the list out of time.
In its ruling, the JEE recalled that Tuesday, December 23 at 11:59:59 p.m. was the deadline to register the presidential formulas and that the subsequent presentation of the request would be declared inadmissible.
However, the electoral body specifies that if a party opted for virtual registration, it could do so until noon on December 24, only if the legal representative logged in to the computer system of the National Election Jury (JNE) before the deadline.
