Thus, the request for registration of the list of candidates of Avanza País was declared inadmissible and the party’s legal representative was notified of the decision and the resolution was published on the institutional electronic portal of the National Elections Jury (JNE) and on the JEE panel in Lima Centro.
In the case of APP, through Resolution No. 08396-2022-JEE-LICN/JNE, it was detected that the application form for registration of the list of candidates for aldermen numbers 13 and 33 generated through the Declara system does not coincide with the minutes of internal election presented by said political organization.
In the same way, the candidates for alderman Nº 1, 2, 10, 12, 13, 14, 27, 34, 35, 37 and 38 are not affiliated with the party. Also the applicants to alderman 26 and 27 work in state entities, for which they must present their respective license without pay.
The JEE of Lima Centro reported that the candidates for alderman 3, 4, 11, 12, 15, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 28, 30, 32, 33, 36 and 38 do not prove at least two years of residence in the province of Lima, among other observations.
