Cristina Medina (71), went to the Ciudad Municipal police station in the Cerro Colorado district on Monday afternoon to report that her own son had beaten her slapping her and kicking her on the groundbecause it did not help direct the entry of heavy machinery with which caused damage to your home.
The septuagenarian maintained that that same afternoon, her son Marco Antonio Valdivia Medina (44) began to put away the machines and without realizing it hit a wall of prefabricated material, breaking it.

The victim of family violence assured that this bothered her son, who began to insult her and claim why she had not warned him that he would crash. Faced with her insults, Cristina Medina assured that she he threw water on his son to calm him down, but this caused him to react with more violence.
The old woman told the police that Marco Valdivia he slapped her twice, made her fall and kicked her on the ground in the hip. It would not be the first time that he assaulted her, because the woman had already filed a previous complaint.
