In the community of La Victoria (Tarija), a man of approximately 70 years old, He died from severe burns to his body after he was unable to escape an arson attack, according to a preliminary report.

Flores told EL DEBER that the circumstances surrounding the death are unknown because when the firefighters arrived they found the person’s body without “vital signs.”
According to the Director of Environmental and Risk Management of the Government of Tarija, Reiner Figueroa, the fire in the community of La Victoria was reported at approximately 11 in the morning.
