An 85-year-old man sustained serious injuries to his face, body and genitals, after the alleged attack of a cohabiting couple, whom he denounced for assaulting him in order to take away the money he had.

The incident took place in the peasant community of Huandar Grande, belonging to the district of Huayllabamba in the province of Urubamba (Cusco), where the person identified as Francisco Callañaupa (85) was found by neighbors with injuries to various parts of his body.
After the complaint, agents from the Huayllabamba Police Station arrived at the scene, verifying the injuries of the octogenarian, who, according to the Police, he was attacked with fists, kicks and burned his face and genitals with an electric iron in order to take money that he had obtained from the sale of his guinea pigs.
After helping him to the health center in the area, the Police organized an operation, finding the whereabouts of: Natividad Contreras and Florencio Sutta, accused by the old man of having committed the alleged crime against life, body and health in the modality of serious injuries in his grievance.
Police sources indicate that the man, in his defense, stated that the attack was due to the fact that surprised the octogenarian disrespecting his partner, Finally, the detainees were taken to the Huayllabamba Police Station to clarify the facts.
During the proceedings, the police personnel verified the requisitions in their system, giving a positive exit impediment for Florencio Sutta, who has been requested by the Law Court of the Peace of San Juan de Lurigancho – Lima since 2018.
The alleged aggressors are detained and the fact was communicated to the representative of the Public Ministry, who ordered that those intervened be subjected to the corresponding examinations. and the victim receives the corresponding medical care.
