There were two complaints presented by the Municipal Council to the Prosecutor’s Office on April 4. The representative of Social Control, Severo Copa, emphasized that the municipality of Tornado will not allow acts of corruption and demanded that Hediberto Cuéllar resign within a maximum period of 24 hours.
