El Stuart and El Dubai have destabilized the El 70 neighborhood

El Stuart and El Dubai have destabilized the El 70 neighborhood

Two subjects known by the nicknames El Stuart and El Dubai seek to take possession of El Valle as the heirs of Víctor Leonel González Hernández (Jonaiker Cara Cortada), after imitating his criminal adventures, according to records.

That negative leader was killed on March 27 in the El Gallo sector, El 70 neighborhood, El Valle, during a confrontation with agents attached to the El Valle Police Coordination Center of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB).

In their most recent criminal incursion, the heirs of Jonaiker “Cara Cortada” attacked a PNB commission on 9th Street in Los Jardines del Valle with long weapons, according to the testimony of neighbors.

Preliminary investigations reveal that both subjects have shared territorial control of the concurrent sectors of the El 70 neighborhood, in order to commit their misdeeds, especially drug sales, kidnappings, hit men and collection of vaccines.

For example, El Stuart operates on streets 7, 8 and 9 of Los Jardines de El Valle. While his partner, El Dubai, “works” in Gallo Rojo, Las Barandas, Las Canchas, Los Cardones, Dinosaurio and Cerro Grande.

In these sectors, the pair of criminals have committed murders against residents whom they kill with firearms and then throw their bodies on the intercommunal avenue of El Valle.

But the forte of these criminals is the sale of drugs, for the transfer of which they use yipses-type public transport units. In this case, the criminals kidnap the rustics, leaving the residents of 70 without this public service, according to witnesses.

But in addition, the kidnapped yipses are also used to kidnap merchants who refuse to pay them in dollars for vaccines in Dubai and Stuart.

All the 70’s merchants are subjected to the pair of criminals and, if they refuse, they are exposed to being tortured directly or by a family member, among other retaliations.

They have also intimidated the community councils, forcing them to give them a portion of the Clap bags.

Among the murders committed by the Dubai-Stuart duo is that of Ángel Araujo (40), killed on 9th street in Los Jardines de El Valle, Santa Bárbara sector, middle part, in front of house number 32 on February 6.

Another victim of the pair of criminals is Josué Abraham, 28 years old, murdered with a firearm on March 30, in La Travesía alley, Los Jardines de El Valle.

Until now the Public Ministry has not informed if there are detainees for these homicides.

The allies

El Dubai and El Stuar have the collaboration of some police officials, who guide them on the actions to follow to scare away precisely the deployment of security agencies in that sector of the Valley.

For example, they are informed of the day and time of the police operations; but they also instruct them to denounce these commissions for allegedly committing excesses.

In such a way that the Fundamental Rights prosecutors open investigations mainly to the uniformed, keeping them busy in those bureaucratic procedures and away from the preventive work itself, according to testimonies.

It also transpired that some relatives of “Cara Cortada” and other members of the gang intimidate locals and neighborhood leaders to force them to take part in protests against alleged extrajudicial executions.
