El Negro Cirilo imprisoned for murdering a sixty-year-old

Cicpc agents arrested Rolnan José Melean Sojo (28), nicknamed El Negro Cirilo, accused of being responsible for the murder of 63-year-old Luzmila Rodríguez, which occurred in the community of Santa Eduviges, Santa Catalina parish, Bermúdez municipality (Carúpano) Sucre on July 15.

According to the report released by the Cicpc, Rolnan attacked the lady with a knife, stabbing her in the throat and wrists so they would believe it was suicide. The man was dissatisfied with the payment that the lady made to him at the end of a masonry job, the scientific police reported.
