Although Antonio Oseguera Cervantes, Tony Montanais considered by United States authorities as the main logistics operator of the Jalisco cartel New generation (CJNG), there is no request for extradition against him, so after being arrested on Tuesday, he appears before the Specialized Prosecutor for Organized Crime (FEMDO).
