In the last few hours, the death of Fabián Alberto Betancur Pérez, better known throughout the country as ‘Fuiroso’, a well-known fan of Atlético Nacional, was confirmed.
Betancur had been a street dweller for several years who lived in Medellín.
The man lived with his partner in a pipeline near one of the Medellín metro tracks and it was in that area that he suffered an accident last Thursday.
This was confirmed by Telemedellín, after confirming that the death occurred due to a fall near the pipeline.
Hours later, the body was found by the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI) in Bello, north of the Aburrá Valley.
And it is that in recent days, Betancur had asked the Medellín Mayor’s Office for help for him and his partner.

“I ask the Mayor’s Office a lot to help me, to collaborate with me. We are in the street, it hurts me a lot”, said the ‘Fuicioso’.
This particular character became a sensation for an interview published in 2015 and in which he was asked about infidelity, to which he replied:
“All good, all beautiful. Only National to die. You know what, only National. Fierce”.
From that moment Fabian gained popularity, not only among Atlético Nacional fans, but also nationwide, so much so that player James Rodríguez imitated his dance by singing:
Oh, oh, oh, El Fuicioso.
