El Bronco, Sandra Cuevas, new airport and journalists in #LaSemanaResumida

El Bronco, Sandra Cuevas, new airport and journalists in #LaSemanaResumida

On January 31, Armando Linares, a journalist and director of the “Monitor Michoacán” portal, denounced the threats and the murder of his colleague Roberto Toledo. 43 days later, Armando Linares was assassinated in Zitácuaro, Michoacán. He is the eighth journalist killed so far in 2022.

The next day, at the wake in Linares, several journalists denounced threats so that they would not take note of the last goodbye to their colleague. But the government of the other data… has other data.

Of course. The journalists who were in the place lie. And the source. Of course. The brother of a journalist who received threats and who was murdered. Of course. He didn’t see anything. He didn’t know anything. What part of living under threat won’t Rosa Icela and her boss understand…?

And no one is saying that, Mr. President. But you are only the president in office. And he is responsible for dealing with all crimes. Everyone. The State must investigate them and do justice.

In how many more murders will he stop intimidating journalists? In how many more murders will he strengthen the protection mechanism? How many more kills will the FEADLE do? In how many more assassinated, Mr. President?
