Einstein Award: EBC has three journalists among the 25 +admired

After two voting shifts, the Einstein +Admired Health, Science and Wellness Award announced, on Friday (26), the professionals and vehicles that will be honored in this 2025 edition. Patrícia Serrão, Paula Laboissière and Tâmara Freire are part of the top 25 +admired journalists of the year, which in this edition will have 26 professionals, because of a draw. The three have already joined the list in other editions of the prize. Paula Labossière was also among the three chosen in the Midwest journalists category.

THE Brazil agency figure in the list of most admired news agencies in the country, alongside the Agency FAPESP and from Fiocruz de Notícias Agencyfor their coverage on health, science and well-being topics. Nor is it the first time that Agência Brasil has received the honor.

The rookie in the award is the podcast Videbula, from National radiowhich divides the top 3 +admired in the audio category with two important national podosphere programs: Drauziocast and Dirty Science.

The award ceremony will take place on November 27, in São Paulo, at an event that promises to gather the main names of the Brazilian press and celebrate the work of professionals who stood out during the year. In addition to the delivery of certificates to the honorees, will be announced the most voted of the 14 thematic categories and the 5 +admired journalists of the year, including the champion or general champion.

This recognition reinforces the role of EBC and its journalists in promoting relevant and quality information for the Brazilian public, especially in health, science and well-being, topics that, more than ever, have been essential to society.

The Einstein +Admired Health, Science and Wellness Award reaches its fifth edition as one of the main awards of Brazilian journalism, recognizing the excellence of the press in the treatment of subjects that directly impact the life of the population.
