There are eight people who died after an explosion occurred inside a house located in Casigua-El Cubo, Jesús María Semprún municipality, Zulia’s border area with Colombia.
Initial versions collected from security agencies indicate that the eight deceased are members of the same family, four adults and four minors. The residence is owned by a fire department official.
Apparently the explosion occurred in the early hours of this Friday and among the victims is a pregnant woman.
Apparently the explosion was caused by the presence of several fuel tanks in the house.
In another event, armed individuals broke into the Inverproka CA fishing company located in La Cañada de Urdaneta (Zulia) and set fire to said facilities and murdered a guard from that company. For this fact they arrested Junior Enrique Portillo Leal, Wuilimder Enrique Araujo Rodríguez and Jacksiel Saraí Maya Bastidas.
