In the publication, González stressed that, among what was discussed with Khan, he told him the commitment to respect for the research processes that are currently being carried out in the CPI. It should be noted that the Court investigates crimes against humanity, allegedly occurred in the country from 2014 to date.

“I have met with the prosecutor @karimkhanqc and I have told him that we are respectful of the investigation processes that the International Criminal Court progresses and that as an interested party, and worried, – in representation of Venezuelans – I can say that it has been a meeting from which I left very satisfied, ”González wrote in X.
Edmundo González ratified his position of respect towards the work of the Court. I assure that it is considered “interested part” in the judicial processes, due to the direct impact they have on the Venezuelan population.
Security Conference
Edmundo González Urrutia will attend the Múph to alert about the Venezuelan crisis as a threat to hemispheric stability.
According to his press team, González Urrutia will expose the situation in Venezuela to world leaders and hold strategic meetings with political and diplomatic representatives, although the names of their interlocutors have not been revealed.
In addition, the former ambassador has summoned the Venezuelan community in Germany to a meeting in Munich on Sunday, February 16, in which he will address the struggle for democracy in Venezuela and the importance of international support.
