Edmundo González proposed to the Donald Trump administration send Venezuelan deportees to a third country
Edmundo González asked the president of the United States, Donald Trump, not to negotiate with Nicolás Maduro on migratory issues, especially about the deportations carried out by the Administration.
In an interview with The Washington Post González indicated that if Trump negotiates with Maduro the issue of migrations, this would allow the official leader “Use Venezuelans who return for their political benefit.”
González proposed to the Donaldtrump administration to send Venezuelan deportees to a third country.
“The United States should follow a strategy that helps to ensure that Nicolás Maduro is no longer in power,” Gonzalez told The Post. “Once that happens, hundreds of Venezuelans will return to our country,” he said.

Donald Trump, assumed on January 20 the US presidency for the second time. The president recognizes González Urrutia as elected president of Venezuela. The American is embarked on a fight against immigration without distinctions for the nationality of the migrant.
The same day he assumed the presidency he declared in “emergency” the border with Mexico and said that his administration will end the illegal migration.

In accordance with the provisions of the president, the measure contemplates ending the asylum on the border, because in the first instance, migrants who are trapped on the southern border will be returned to Mexico while US justice set up a verdict. He did not specify if his administration works in an agreement with the Mexican government to consummate this return policy.
The United States National Secretary of the United States, Kristi Noem, confirmed on Wednesday, January 29, the extent of the temporary protection statute (TPS) for Venezuelans in that country was revoked.
In an interview granted to Fox News, Noem said that an executive order was signed that annulled the measure issued by its predecessor, Alejandro Mayorkas, saying that it meant “that they were going to be able to stay here and violate our laws for another 18 months.”
He pointed out that they can now evaluate Venezuelans “including those of the Aragua train.”
Earlier, the New York Times had advanced the decision that affects more than 600,000 Venezuelans who were already in this country.
