Edesur Dominicana will proceed with the installation of a technological innovation that will allow its clients to have greater effectiveness in the prepaid energy sales service.
Changes in the platform of the distribution company will offer a series of key improvements. Mainly, to optimize operational efficiency, internal and external customer experience. Also, to increase response capacity and guarantee service continuity through the incorporation of advanced technology for measuring, selling, monitoring and managing energy consumption.
The new technological solutions are intended to respond to the needs identified in the electronic billing project. They also seek to expand the sales channels for prepaid energy. And finally, they seek to simplify the process and offer self-service alternatives.
Due to the implementation of the new system, Edesur Dominicana announces that the platform for selling energy through the prepaid system will not be available for electricity recharges from Monday 16th to Thursday 19th of this month of September.
During the period of unavailability of the platform, customers will be able to consume electricity continuously and the amount consumed will be debited from their next recharge, once the implementation is complete.
