Edesur Dominicana announced on Wednesday that the new prepaid platform for the sale of energy is now available, having undergone a restructuring process to streamline operations and ensure better service.
The platform was optimized with new technology that improves the experience of internal and external customers, as well as increasing the response capacity in sales, monitoring and management of energy consumption.
Our customers who use this method to buy energy from Edesur will benefit from the improvements incorporated.
The tool was subjected to a process of change and updating since last Monday, September 16, the work of which was successfully concluded on Tuesday night, September 17.
The new technological solutions are intended to respond to the needs identified in the electronic billing project, as well as to expand the sales channels for prepaid energy; also, to simplify the process and offer self-service alternatives.
