Edesur reports that it is working to reestablish a circuit that went out of service due to overload in Haina

Unidad de Edesur Dominicana reparando circuito salió de servicio en Haina, San Cristóbal.

San Cristobal, DR. – Edesur Dominicana said on Wednesday that it is working to restore the electricity supply in the municipality of Haina, partially affected by a problem with the Granitos Bajos substation.

The cause of the interruption was due to a overload in the power transformer of the aforementioned substation.

The electricity distribution company detailed that its technical team is currently dedicated to resolve the situation and restore supply stability.

According to Edesur, the company is fully committed to resolving problems related to the supply of electricity.

The company has emphasized its goal of continuously improving the energy stability and ensure a more reliable service for its customers.

Edesur clarifies that only two circuits went out of service

Edesur Dominicana clarified that in no case sectors of San Cristóbal carry four days without the supply of electricity.

They explained that in the last four hours they went out of service only two circuits which are being worked on for their restoration.

He indicated that the open circuit was closed due to a breakdown which gave rise to a transient faultA technical team responded and is in the process of resolving the problem as soon as possible.

The electricity distribution company He assures that he is doing his best to introduce improvements in the supply.
