The Eastern Electricity Distribution Company (Edeeste) had the highest investment, with US$66.1 million, followed by the Northern Electricity Distribution Company (Edenorte), with US$63.7 million, and the Southern Electricity Distribution Company (Edesur), with US$62.6 million.
The Edeeste investments They represented a decrease of US$38.6 million compared to 2024. In Edenorte, the drop was US$12.2 million, while in Edesur investments increased by RD$4.9 million.
The EDEs increased the number of billed clients by 73,332, going from 2,923,960 in 2024 to 2,997,292 in 2025.
The largest increases were recorded in Edeeste, with 28,815.42, and in Edenorte, with 24,644.08. The number of Bonoluz clients increased by 8,931, going from 535,278 to 544,209.
