A Unesco study shows that 85% of students show empathy for migrants, people with disabilities and, in general, different from them.

Orelac’s research was also carried out in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Cuba, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, the Dominican Republic and Uruguay.
This was part of the Regional Comparative and Explanatory Study (ERCE 2019), which assesses student performance in the areas of reading, mathematics, science, as well as factors associated with learning achievements.
