How to access the discount?
Those seeking to benefit from this program must go to one of the User Service Centers (CAPU), located at strategic points such as Reforma 222, the World Trade Center and Reforma-Río Guadalquivir.
Students must present their current credential, while older adults must show their card from the National Institute of Older Persons (Inapam).
In the case of minors, the presence of a guardian with official identification is necessary.
The discount is personal and non-transferable. In addition, it does not accumulate with other promotions nor does it apply to temporary memberships.
The rise of Ecobici
The Ecobici system has had accelerated growth in recent years. In 2022, 5.3 million trips were registered, a figure that almost tripled in 2023 with 12.3 million, and reached 22.5 million in 2024. This represents an average annual increase of 107%.
