The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez Gómez, reported through her Telegram channel that the country was positioned as the leader in economic growth in Latin America in 2025, according to figures from the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC).
Rodríguez stressed that this achievement is the result of collective effort: “Behind these numbers is the effort of millions of Venezuelan workers, businessmen, entrepreneurs, farmers, fishermen, community members, all as one determined with an unwavering determination not to succumb to the savage economic blockade of the United States (US) and its satellites.”
He assured that the country will continue on the path of growth: “In 2026 we will continue to be victorious.”
Venezuela stands out for maintaining a sustained pace of growth despite external restrictions, consolidating its position as a benchmark for resilience and economic projection in Latin America.
