Miami, United States. – The Cuban East will face a notable increase in showers, rains and thunderstorms since Friday and during the weekend, due to a development system north of the Spanish with high probabilities of becoming a tropical cyclone, according to coincident reports of the forecast center of the Institute of Meteorology of Cuba (INSMET) and the National Hurricane Center (NHC) of the United States.
In his Special Notice No. 1 issued at 11:00 am on Thursday, the INSMET said that “the showers, rains and thunderstorms from Camagüey to Guantanamo” will be increased, while specifically that, regardless of the evolution of the system, “the proximity to Cuba of this wide area of low pressures and the presence of high moisture content over the region, will increase the probability of rainfall in the provinces from the provinces to Guantanamo, with numerous showers, rains and thunderstorms, starting tomorrow, Friday 26 and during the weekend. ”
