Earnings and Personal Assets: AFIP extended the term until the end of June

The Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) extended the term to submit the sworn statements and, if applicable, make the entry of the balances of the taxes on Income, Personal Assets and Certificates for individuals and undivided estates corresponding to the tax period 2021.

The extension -provided for in General Resolution No. 5192/2022, which will be published this Friday in the Official Gazette- transfers the expiration dates of the obligations to the end of June with the aim of facilitating compliance tasks, the tax agency reported on Tuesday.

The new deadlines for the presentation of Income, Personal Assets and Identity Cards taxes for the 2021 fiscal period are as follows: in CUITs ending in 0, 1, 2 and 3, the filing date will be 6/23; in the DNI ending in 4, 5 and 6, on 6/24; and those concluded on 7, 8 and 9, on 6/27.

In all cases, the payment date will be the business day following the expiration of the affidavit, the AFIP specified.
