To the centennial building, located at the intersection of César Zagnoli and 25 de Agosto, owned by joint venture – emblematic for the duraznenses – a building adaptation and patrimonial value was carried out, which means an important improvement for the clients and officials of UTE in the area.
The process related to the works began with the preparation of a preliminary project, bidding, its approval and execution. Subsequently, the redistribution of the internal environments was carried out, to then proceed with the corresponding installations and terminations.
The construction was developed for a year, as planned and had an investment of 18 million pesos.
The directors of joint venture Felipe Algorta, Enrique Pées Boz and Fernanda Cardona, along with local authorities, managers and company officials.
