Servientrega makes recommendations to its clients

In order to prevent its customers from becoming victims of this type of theft, Servientrega has issued several recommendations on its social networks to fully identify its collaborators or delivery people.

According to the company’s specifications, employees must have a card with their full name and legible ID. In addition, their uniforms must have the shipping company’s logos and other elements visible.

“We are committed to your safety,” the company says.

Another key factor that can be decisive when it comes to avoiding scams by criminals is checking the status of your shipment or order in the application.
