The Institute of National Aqueducts and Sewers (Idaan), reported that the entity’s technical staff will carry out this Friday, February 18, interconnection work for the discharge of the new Betania pumping station.
“These tasks that are part of the project “Construction of the Camino Real Aqueduct and Sewerage and Betania pumping station, will be carried out from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm,” Idaan said in a statement.
The entity pointed out that these works will affect the supply of drinking water in sectors such as: La Gloria, Lomas del Dorado, Villas de La Fuente 1 and 2, Santa María, El Dorado shopping center, Alto del Chase and Corona Gardens residential.
The Idaan reiterates that the recovery of the system, once the work is finished, will not be immediate, and they add that the service will stabilize progressively and depending on the consumption that is generated, for which they urge residents and businesses in these sectors to take the necessary supply measures so that their activities are not interrupted.
